By accessing and using AnikeBrands services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services

AnikeBrands provides design services including but not limited to:

  • Brand identity design
  • Logo design
  • Print design
  • Web and mobile design
  • Illustration services
  • Brand strategy and consultation

3. Project Terms

All projects are subject to the following terms:

  • Projects begin upon receipt of deposit payment and signed agreement
  • Timeline estimates are provided but may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness
  • Revisions are included as specified in the project agreement
  • Final deliverables will be provided upon full payment

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • A deposit is required to begin work (typically 50% of total project cost)
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and before final file delivery
  • All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Late payments may result in project delays

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will receive:

  • Full ownership rights to the final design deliverables
  • License to use the designs for your intended purposes
  • AnikeBrands retains the right to display the work in portfolios and marketing materials

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete project information
  • Responding to requests for feedback in a timely manner
  • Making payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Obtaining necessary permissions for any materials provided

7. Limitation of Liability

AnikeBrands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.

8. Changes to Terms

AnikeBrands reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
